Is my screen recording data secure and private?
Yes. Your recordings and guides are private to your account by default and only become visible to others when you explicitly share them. Nothing is public unless you choose to share a link.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Kexara runs entirely in your browser — recording, transcription and guide creation all happen without any downloads or extensions to install.
Can my whole team use Kexara together?
Yes. On the Workspace plan you can invite your whole team, assign editor and viewer roles, and keep every guide in one shared, searchable library.
What happens to my recordings if I cancel?
You keep access to your guides on the free plan. If you cancel a paid plan you'll move back to free limits, but your existing guides stay available so you never lose your documentation.
