By accessing or using Kexara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Kexara allows users to record their screen and generate written, step-by-step documentation using AI. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of any screen recordings, guides, or other content you create using Kexara ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Kexara a limited license to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record and share any content captured, including compliance with any third-party terms or data protection obligations that apply to that content.

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by recording content you are not authorized to capture, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Kexara and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as necessary to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm Kexara or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated documentation may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kexara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
